Terms of Service – Mappy Mall

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Mappy Mall (“Mappy Mall,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and our website at https://mappymall.com (the “Service”). These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Mappy Mall regarding your use of the Service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking “I Accept” where presented, you agree that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the following terms and conditions, including our Privacy Policy (together, these “Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Mappy Mall is an online shopping mall where you can purchase physical products (“Products”) that we make available for sale. Products are fulfilled through our third-party manufacturing, dropshipping, and print-on-demand partners and shipped directly to the address you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts and Registration

To place an order, you may need to register for an account or provide contact and shipping information. You agree that any information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Payment Terms

Purchasing any Product through the Service requires payment of the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees, shown to you before checkout is completed. All prices are listed at checkout in the applicable currency. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not apply to orders already placed.

You authorize Mappy Mall and our third-party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all amounts due, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped according to the delivery method and estimated timeframe shown at checkout, to the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for all shipping costs shown at checkout. Mappy Mall currently ships to customers in the United States and Ghana; estimated delivery windows vary by product and destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds practices are described in our Returns & FAQ page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In general, because Products are fulfilled through third-party manufacturing and dropshipping partners, we accept returns and issue refunds only for confirmed defective, damaged, or quality-issue Products reported within 30 days of delivery.

7. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mappy Mall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service; (b) modify the Service; or (c) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Service, including security or access-control mechanisms.

8. Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service or our Products, you grant Mappy Mall an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose, including to improve the Service.

9. Ownership

The Service — including its design, graphics, content, and underlying code — is owned by Mappy Mall or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not use these materials without our permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Infringe or misappropriate any third party’s intellectual property or other rights;
Interfere with security features of the Service or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it;
Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code, or otherwise disrupt the operation of the Service;
Engage in fraudulent activity, including impersonating another person or falsifying your age;
Collect other users’ personal information without consent; or
Sell, transfer, or share access granted to you under these Terms.

11. Modification or Termination

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may also modify, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability to you.

12. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Mappy Mall and its officers, employees, affiliates, and fulfillment partners from any third-party claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third party’s rights; or (d) any dispute between you and a third party.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Some Products are fulfilled by third-party manufacturing, dropshipping, or print-on-demand partners. While we work to ensure product quality, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused directly by the actions of these third-party partners beyond our reasonable control, though we will work with you to resolve quality issues as described in our Returns & FAQ.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAPPY MALL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Governing Law
